Ceramic liners
Our ceramic products have 95% alumina, resulting in superior quality protection. The ceramics are embedded in the rubber with an interlocking design forming part of the whole set. This prevents shelling, guaranteeing better performance compared to conventional designs.
- Its innovative design allows the plates to work in any direction to the flow of the load. Ceramic pads with different thicknesses, so it is possible to manufacture products tailored to the customer, personalized for each operation, in the formats according to the required workload. Superior duration compared to the following products: Rubber sheets, T1 500HB sheets, 700HB sheets with cast inserts. Ideal for primary crushing areas, Overland belts, Apron Feeders, Concentrator Plant, Fines Plant, Tailings Area, among others.
